Non-Credit Enrollment

Can Real Estate Professionals Take Your Classes?

Although the real estate courses at WSU are designed to be taken as a part of our four-year bachelor degree program in real estate, many of them may be taken on a non-credit basis by practicing real estate professionals who wish to enhance their professional skills.

Details on how to enroll in WSU classes on a non-credit basis can be found on the WSU Admissions website .

Students wishing to receive college credit should enroll using the normal WSU procedures.

Note: The real estate courses at WSU have not been pre-approved for continuing education or pre-licensing credit. Several past students, however, have independently applied for and received such credit for our courses from both the Kansas Real Estate Commission and the Kansas Real Estate Appraisal Board. For more information about obtaining continuing education or pre-licensing credit for WSU real estate courses, contact the appropriate licensing board at the links above.
