Based on the most recent data released by the Fedral Housing Finance Agency, home prices in the state of Kansas as a whole rose slightly by 0.003% in the last quarter, when compared with the same period in the previous year. This is in comparison to a 0.03% decrease nationwide.

On a quarter-over-quarter basis, the average price of homes in the state of Kansas fell by 0.81% last quarter over the previous quarter. For the same period the Nation as a whole posted a 2.4% decrease.
