The WSU Center for Real Estate is pleased to present the 5th Annual Wichita Housing Market Forecast. This year's forecast reveals the underlying strength in the Wichita single-family housing market, in contrast to the problems in other parts of the country. It also projects housing activity and home price appreciation into the coming year.
