Grubb & Ellis | Martens Commercial Group, LLC was founded in May 2000 as a division of The Martens Companies, a respected member of the Wichita business community since 1948. Each year, Grubb & Ellis prepares a commercial market forecast for the the Great Plains region, encompassing the Wichita, Des Moines, Kansas City, Omaha and St. Louis markets.  The Center for Real Estate has compiled data on the Wichita market from previous forecasts and has made them available to you in both Excel (.xls) and ASCII (.txt) format.  In addition, you can download recent editions of the Grubb & Ellis Great Plains Forecast. 

Each year, J.P. Weigand & Sons, Wichita's largest commercial and residential real estate firm, releases its annual review and forecast of area real estate market activity. We have compiled the data from past forecasts and make them available to you in a format that you can download and use as you choose. You can also download recent J.P.
