The WSU Center for Real Estate strives to be the premier source of reliable data
and independent, expert analysis of real estate markets and policy issues in
Kansas.
Housed within the
W. Frank Barton School of Business,
the Center for Real Estate enhances the business environment and quality of life
in Kansas communities through research and analysis of real estate markets and
related policy issues. To accomplish this, the Center: * Conducts and
encourages high-quality academic research on real estate related topics;
* Applies this research to develop practical resources that benefit real estate
practitioners,
policy makers and society at large;
* Educates these same constituents about academic and applied research of
particular relevance
to their daily lives; and
* Provides independent, expert analysis of area real estate markets, conditions,
and policy issues. |
