Topic: Historic Union Station Restoration and Repurposing

Historic Union Station is a Wichita landmark that stands out from every other building in Wichita. This beautiful building is loaded with memories and stories for many Wichitans. It is currently in the process of being completely restored and repurposed. The main terminal is leased and the Express terminal is now available for lease. With amazing new tenants, this new campus will revitalize and add a great element to the downtown entertainment and business district that is currently missing.

This is a rare opportunity to see the restration process up close. Hear fromm one of the lead Architects about the history and the restoration process of this amazing building.

Join us for lunch at Larkspur where you will enjoy a great meal and presentation and then join us on a guided your of the Union Station which is about 75% through it’s shell restoration.You will get to experience the rich past as well as the future of this historic building.

This luncheon event is free for WSU Real Estate students, but seating is limited and reservations are required.
